PC Open Inc. ("AvertX," "AvertX Connect," "we" or "us") and our marketing providers use cookies and other
technologies (collectively, "tracking technologies") for various reasons. For example, we use cookies and
other technologies to make it easy to access our services by remembering you when you return and to provide
and analyze our services. We want you to be informed about our use of these technologies, so this notice
explains the types of tracking technologies we use, what they do and your choices regarding their use. We
use cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website and when you log in to your account(s) with
us, use any mobile application or other online service owned operated or controlled
by us (the "Sites").
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files that are commonly stored on your device when you browse and use our Sites. They are
widely used to make websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information and
assist with service or advertising personalization.
What types of cookies are used by OpenEye?
The types of cookies used on our Sites can generally be put into the following categories: strictly necessary;
analytics; functionality; advertising; and social media.
- Strictly Necessary Cookies.
These cookies are essential to the functionality of our Sites or online service. Without these
cookies, elements that are necessary for you to fully use our Sites may not be available.
- Analytics Cookies.
These cookies collect information about how people use our Sites. All of the
information these cookies collect is grouped together to provide us with analytical information about how
our Sites are performing and how we can improve them.
- Performance and Functionality Cookies.
These cookies are not essential, but help us to personalize and enhance
your online experience with AvertX Connect. For example, they help us to remember your preferences and
prevent you from needing to re-enter information you previously provided (for example, during member sign
up). We also use these cookies to collect information (such as popular pages, viewing patterns,
click-through and other information) about our visitors' use of the OWS service so that we can better
understand and improve how our Sites are being used. Deletion of these types of cookies will result in
limited functionality of our service.
- Advertising Cookies.
We may share We may share or we may permit third-party online advertising
networks, social media companies, and other third-party services to collect information about your use of
our Sites over time so that they may play or display other devices you may use, and on other websites, apps,
or services. Typically, though not always, the information we share is provided through cookies or similar
tracking technologies, which recognize the device you are using and collect information, including click
stream information, browser type, time and date you visited the site, and other
information. These tracking technologies are used to deliver advertisements that are more relevant to you
and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help
measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. These tracking technologies remember that you have
visited a website and this information may be shared with other organizations, such as advertising partners.
- Social Media Cookies.
In order to enhance your internet experience and to make the sharing of
content easier, some of our Sites may contain tools or applications that are linked to third party social
media service providers. These social media companies may recognize you and collect information about your
visit to our Sites, and they may set a cookie or employ other tracking technologies. Your interactions with
those features are governed by the privacy policies of those companies.
How long will cookies stay on your browsing device?
The length of time a cookie will stay on your browsing device depends on whether it is a "persistent" or
"session" cookie. Session cookies will only stay on your device until you stop browsing the website that has set
the cookie. Persistent cookies will stay on your browsing device after you have finished browsing a particular
website until they are deleted or until they expire.
How can I control cookies?
"First party cookies" are cookies that belong to us and that we place on your device. "Third party cookies" are
cookies that are placed on your browsing device by another party when you visit our Sites. Third parties who
set cookies from our Sites provide a service to us or a function of the Sites, but we do not always control
how third party cookies are used. The third-party cookies on our Sites are provided
by Google (including Google Ads, and Google Marketing Platform), LinkedIn, and Iiintent.io.
- Cookies and Flash cookies.
Many of the cookies and tracking technologies we use are designed to help you get the most from our
Sites but if you do not wish to receive cookies, most browsers allow you to change your cookie settings in
the "options" or "preferences" menu or reject third party cookies as a default position. Please note that
if you choose to refuse cookies you may not be able to use the full functionality of our Sites. Deleting or
blocking cookies may not be effective for all types of tracking technologies.
- Interest-based Advertising.
To learn about interest-based advertising and how you may be able to opt out of some of this
advertising, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative's online resources at
http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices,
the Digital Advertising Alliance’s resources at https://www.aboutads.info/choices,
or guidance developed by the EU advertising industry called Your Online Choices at
https://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk. Please note that opting out of receiving interest-based advertising
through the NAI's and DAA's online resources will only opt out a user from receiving interest-based ads on
that specific browser or device, but the user may still receive interest-based ads on other devices.
What Third-Party Cookies do we use?
OpenEye and third parties may drop advertising, analytics, and social media cookies on our Sites.
- Google Marketing Platform.
We use Google Marketing Platform to recognize you and link the devices you use when you visit our Sites
on your browser or mobile device and engage with us. Google Marketing Platform allows us to better
understand how our users interact with our Sites and to tailor our advertisements and content to you. For
information on how Google Analytics collects and processes data, as well as how you can control information
sent to Google, review Google's site "How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps,"
located at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners. You can learn about Google Marketing Platform's
currently available opt-outs, including the Google Analytics Browser Add-On,
here https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/. We may also utilize certain forms of display advertising and
other advanced features through Google Marketing Platform, such as Remarketing with Analytics, Google
Display Network Impression Reporting, the Campaign Manager Integration, and Demographics and Interest
Reporting. These features enable us to use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) to
inform, optimize, and display ads based on your past visits to our Sites. You may control your advertising
preferences or opt out of certain Google advertising products by visiting the Google Ads Preferences
Manager, currently available at https://google.com/ads/preferences.
- LinkedIn.
The LinkedIn Insight Tag helps us better understand how visitors use our website and interact with our
LinkedIn advertising. The LinkedIn Insight Tag enables the collection of metadata such as IP address
information, timestamp, and events such as page views. All data is encrypted, and your personally
identifiable data is not shared with us, only aggregated reports about our audience and ad performance. The
LinkedIn browser cookie is stored in a visitor's browser until they delete the
cookie or the cookie expires. You can opt out of cookies from LinkedIn on your
LinkedIn settings page. We also use LinkedIn conversion tracking, which is an analytics service that helps
us track form submission conversions and event responses, and
unlock additional insights about visitors to our Sites. For more information
please view Linkedin
terms and cookie policy. The LinkedIn Insight
Tag is not applicable to our paid service.
-
Iiintent
We permit the business-to-business marketing provider iiintent to drop
a pixel and advertising and analytics cookies on our behalf. Iiintent
may use this information in conjunction with other business and professional information to help us identify
and target businesses that might be interested in OpenEye services. Iiintent
only tracks US identities, so this paragraph does not apply to our users outside of the US. To limit the
tracking by iiintent, please set your web browser to reject third party cookies.
Learn more about iiintnet by checking out their website and

The iiintent Tag is not applicable to our paid service.
How often will you update this Cookie Policy?
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example,
changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Please visit this Cookie
Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.
The date at the top of this Cookie Policy indicates when it was last updated.
